Flavio is a very nice person. I worked with him as he was the agent for the home I purchased. He is a industry veteran and one of the most knowledgable real estate agents in the Bay Area. He worked with my lender patiently and provided necessary help in a timely fashion. Both him and his wife are very nice and genuine people. You would always want to business with such people.
