Fonda Kosmala

Fonda Kosmala is a Realtor® Associate with a focus on working in residential real estate with buyers and sellers alike in northern New Jersey with rich experience in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Union Counties. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), and the Central Jersey Multiple Listing Service (CJMLS). Additionally, Fonda is a member of Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Fonda has been actively involved in real estate for the past 7 years through her husband's residential construction business and from personally being the driving force for choices of property purchase and design. Fonda has always had a passion for real estate. She has experience in home building and remodeling as well as a flair for interior design. Fonda diligently researches real estate and is knowledgeable of the latest market trends. She also stays on top of the latest design trends in order to help her husband create the ultimate dream homes for her clients. Fonda prides herself on her honesty, reliability, and tireless work ethic. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients' happiness and will always put the best interests of her clients first.

Prior to her career in real estate, Fonda completed law school at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and practiced employment law for 7 years. She is married with one daughter and is a current resident of Saddle Brook. In her spare time, she enjoys all that being a mother to her daughter affords her.
