Fran grew up on family Delta Cotton farm in Arkansas & south Texas. Attended Pan American University & Trinity University in Texas.

She was the owner/manager of a 2,500 acre rice, soybean, wheat farm for 15 years. Worked for the IRS-Jonesboro as a AR office assistant. Worked in public relations for Temporary Emergency Housing for 6 yrs. Was the owner/producer of Tri Mountain Video Co. Fran produced Outdoor Wildlife Video from Alaska, Montana, Colorado, Arkansas, British Columbia and Mexico.

Fran is the owner/broker of Video Real Estate Agency from 1991 to present. She holds an Arkansas Sales Associate Licensee from 1979 to 1995. She has been Arkansas owner/broker since 1995 and is licensed in Colorado, Oklahoma & Missouri from 2007 thru 2010.
