Being a first time home buyer, we were a little clueless about the whole process, and Frances patiently worked with us to find the home that was just right. She was very supportive and we always felt that we had her on our side as we negotiated a competitive housing market. Frances and I looked for our current home about 5 and a half years ago. we saw a very high number of homes. She was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable and I always felt she had our best interests in mind. She understood exactly what we were looking for, including some of the specific, less obvious priorities we had. At the very end, when we thought we had a deal, the owner of the house tried to pull a fast one. Not only did Frances get us into see a different home right away, but she handled the conflict with the owner's realtors extremely well. We ended up with the house we wanted and we owe much of that to Frances and all of her help.
