Franchesca helped my wife and I find our home in a blink of an eye. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife and I were in a rush to move out of our rental and were in desperate need to find a home… FAST! With a new job offer and a relocation around the corner I was in a tough situation. I didn’t just need a realtor who could list and sell my home, they needed to be as involved as a seller would be in the process. Get the home prepped for the listing and showings, be at the inspection, resolve the issues discovered during inspection, etc… Franchesca Ortega handled this entire process like a pro! She made sure the home looked amazing, took care of all the inspection issues, resolved every hurdle that came up and in the end my home was sold quickly and I got more than I imagined I could get for the property. I can’t recommend her enough, she makes herself available to answer any and all of your questions and is always thinking of solutions to problems instead of complaining about them like most people would. She is a problem solver, tough negotiator and a go getter. You won’t regret having her on your side!

Franchesca loves what she does and it shows .. as a first homebuyers and coming from a different state, it was a blessing having her as an agent.. she guided us and helped us all the way and made the experience just great and smooth which is hard to do on this market .. going out of her way to make sure we were happy.
