I am a mortgage loan advisor/originator and I work with a lot of real estate agents. Francine Carstensen is an absolute pro at what she does!! She genuinely cares about her clients and when I say she goes the extra mile I mean she goes 10 for her clients. Also as a mortgage professional when I work with Francine I know I will be able to provide the customer service I want to on the loan side because I know Francine is totally on top of the real estate side. That equals a smooth on time or early closing for our clients. I absolutely highly recommend Francine for any real estate moves you are making!!

Francine Carstensen is amazing! We called her up one evening about a house and she answered promptly and was eager to help. I said we are going to use her because she seems to have energy needed during this search. And guess what…. Francine went over and beyond for us! And then when we closed on the house, she gave us an awesome house warming gift along with what I called the “Bible” of the house to input all the recordings!!! Hands down she is the one to go with to make home searching easy and possible!!!

There are not enough positive words to express my experience of having Francine as my realtor, but I'll try. From the very first conversation that she and I had, I immediately knew that I had made the right choice. Often many times in certain professions, the consultant is only interested in getting the sale and moving on to the next customer. With Francine, this was not the case at all. Not only was Francine a true professional, but she genuinely cared about what my needs and desires were. She was extremely patient as I tried to navigate this home buying process. She was always there to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had. Even after missing out on other homes that I was interested in, she was always upbeat and positive in reassuring me that we would find the perfect home for me and my family. During this process, there were many moments where I had a lot of anxiety, but Francine was there to calm the waters. The experience of having Francine as my realtor is one that I will remember for the rest of my life. My family and I will forever be grateful to her for the exceptional service that she gave. We recently moved to Fairhope and our daughter referred us to Francine. From out of state we sent her some homes and she was able to meet our adult kids that very day and show them the homes. As a real estate photographer, I work with a lot of real estate agents. Francine is by far one of the most professional of those. Her preparation to detail is outstanding. Francine understands my needs in photographing or video-graphing the property, which makes my job so much easier.
