If you are selling your home, Francine Jeffers is your "go to" realtor. She is an expert at getting the word out and getting buyers in.
She genuinely cares about her clients and stuck with me 24/7 through every obstacle that came up. What I appreciated the most is that she included me in every little decision and explained each step as it was happening. I can't say enough about her!

Fran helped us to purchase our first home a few years ago and then helped us to sell it recently. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish in both of those processes. To say she knows her "stuff" is an overwhelming understatement. She is an absolutely expert with a wealth of knowledge. She is incredibly responsive and hardworking. She is fair and unbias with her feedback. She is an incredible resource to have through both the buying and selling process. We contacted Francine to help find house for our son and daughter in law after seeing she was voted best realtor in our town's local paper. She looked after our interests through the whole process, and we never felt any pressure from her to conclude any deals. In fact, there were times she gave us sound advice even if it meant potentially losing out to other bidders. She is personable, professional, dependable, and will always look out for the client's best interest over her own bottom line.

As a retired Veteran, I have moved all over the world and have been through this buying and selling process more times than I can count. Fran is, without question, the best agent I have worked with anywhere. She came highly recommended, and we were incredibly lucky to have her as an agent. Fran is knowledgeably responsive to even the quirkiest questions and concerns, and at no point in the process did we feel like Fran was doing anything other than representing our interests in the home buying process. She is honest to a fault, while dealing strictly in facts. Fran was able to get us into see houses quickly and has a well-developed network with other agents that made viewings painless. In a market where sales are happening quickly, Fran was able to get offers in quickly while going out of her way to make those offers as attractive as possible. The result, inevitably, was a successful bid where speed and accuracy were paramount ... and we wound up with the home of our dreams. Fran was in front of every issue with loans, including VA loans, and the process through closing went off without a hitch. Fran is, literally, the best agent I have worked with and anyone would be fortunate to have her as an agent in the home buying or selling process. She is, in every sense of the word, excellent.
