Francis Haus

Hello, my name is Francis Haus IV. I was born and raised in the Wexford area of Pittsburgh. I went to college at Penn State Behrend where I received a degree in business management. After graduation I chose to stay in the area and pursued a job in sales. In that job I got to meet a lot of great people that I now consider close friends. I'm now about to take a step in a new direction, Real estate. Like my Great Grandfather who took a huge risk and started his own business at the age of 54, I decided to challenge myself and start a new career.

My Grandfather has been my role model. He was a professional baseball player and an excellent golfer. One thing I learned from my Pap was how to do business the right way. He always told me to work hard at it and I have always taken that to heart whether in my personal or professional life. I hope to be the accomplished golfer and successful businessman that he was. I participated in organized sports beginning at the age of five and continued through college. Today golf is my passion. Golf has taught me many life lessons but most importantly to be patient and confident in everyday situations.

As a baseball pitcher I controlled the field in the outcome of games, but teamwork was the key to success. Being a team player will help me in my Real Estate career by being able to work together towards a common goal. My goals are simple. For buyers it’s to find the perfect home that checks all the right boxes. For sellers it’s to sell their home at the highest possible price with as little disruption to their lives as possible. I treat each home as if it were my own. I treat my clients Like family. I strive to make the buying or selling process smooth and seamless. I will listen carefully and negotiate aggressively and pay attention to the small details that typically make or break a deal.

I come from a very hard-working blue-collar family that has always respected the city of Pittsburgh and knew it was a special place. I’m here to continue that legacy. I hope I can find a special place for you and your family.
