Frank G. Adashun began his real estate career at Wauwatosa Realty in Fond du Lac in 1976. While at Wauwatosa, Frank was "Salesman of the Year - Fond du Lac office" for 8 consecutive years, developing unique marketing strategies many real estate agents still use today.
In 1986, Frank combined his real estate expertise with the talents of real estate professional Jeff Jones, and together they founded Adashun Jones Inc. Real Estate. Today the firm has offices in Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Green Lake and Appleton, with over 80 agents and staff.

In 1983, Frank began an additional career as an appraiser. As President and owner, Adashun Appraisal. Inc. provides appraisal services to lenders, AMC's, attorneys, estates, trusts, individuals and as an expert witness.
