Frank understands different values of real estate within specific real estate pockets throughout the greater Los Angeles area and acquired a keen understanding of value trends & cycles. Frank’s top producing credentials were earned while he was associated with the high volume brokerage Keller Williams Realty, Marina. While there, Frank mentored new agents and hosted various real estate classes including “Architecture For Agents” and “Income Property For Agents” before moving to Keller Williams’ Sunset office.

Frank’s expertise in real estate include accurate and comprehensive assessments of real estate, working with distressed properties and owners, selling high end homes, fixers and 1031 exchanges. Frank also has a passion for property re-development. Home redevelopment often requires being somewhat of an archaeological detective. Clues are uncovered during the home evaluation and deconstruction of what the features, materials and details the home originally had. Often people have removed the charm through the years and he loves restoring it back! Among his favorite hangouts are the various vintage hardware and architectural salvage yards throughout California.

When the fun parts of renovating dwellings are complete, Frank utilizes his tenacious ability to match buyers and sellers and exploits many opportunities for his clients.
