There are real estate agents and brokers and then there is Frank. Shopping for a new home for most people is an exciting event. When I first met Frank it was the opposite for me. Newly divorced with two children I needed to find something safe and affordable. He was reassuring and very supportive. I found something affordable and safe. My children and I lived there for six years. Then it was time to move again. And who did I call; you guessed it, Frank. He and I kept in touch through out the six years. My life had changed again - this time for the better. One kid just completed college and another was on the way. And I went back to school and completed a second masters degree. Frank was once again supportive and reassuring. I was able to find something that is safe and affordable in a very tight market. Frank will be there after the sale is complete.

If you have no idea what you are doing and the thought of buying and selling a home is terrifying, Frank is the guy you want to call. I know this because I had no idea what I was doing, and I needed to buy a home and sell my condo which was terrifying. But from our first meeting, Frank was totally in charge of everything. He walked us through the process of finding our dream home, which involved pointing out flaws most people wouldn't see in other homes and digging through the mountain of open houses that were available in Rockland to find the one place we knew was perfect the moment we went in. He negotiated a fair price for the buy and helped secure our winning bid. Then when it was time to sell our condo, Frank was once again total in control. With his carefully curated list of contractors, he turned our shabby little condo into a perfect first-time home. After the first week showing it, we had multiple offers. Frank was in constant contact with us, making sure we understood any delay and chasing after any roadblock that stood in our way. I love my new home and I would not want to have to buy a new one again, but I will always recommend Frank to anyone who is looking to settle down in Rockland County.
