09/30/2016 - cjsremmy Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $250K in Maybrook, NY. We have known Frank for over 25 yrs. He's helped us sell our townhouse and buy our 1st home. He was very patient and kind to show us many homes because we needed to make a mother daughter home. Ten years later we sold that home and downsized. Again he was always available to show us many homes and at time that was easiest for us. He would be in touch by phone, texting or emails with any questions we had and very promptly I may add. I would recommend Frank because he knows the process well of buying and selling.

He is simply the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He is not a real estate hobbyist or a part-timer like so many that we have seen in the past. He is a true, dedicated, full-time professional and he goes the extra mile to make sure that all aspects of buying and selling are done in a proper and timely manner. He knows the market, anticipates problems and corrects problems before they happen. He sold our home for above asking in a community with 11 other foreclosed properties and he did it quickly. Frank's approachable style and willingness to go the extra mile in a respectful, trusting and professional manner truly made the difference in being able to successfully complete the home sale at a competitive price. Frank's support and customer service throughout the process were very helpful to me especially when it came to even the simple things such as taking the time out of his busy schedule to pick up for me fire alarms at Home Depot needed to be installed to meet compliance requirements for sale. I would recommend Frank to any of my friends in the market to sell their homes.

Frank worked to us when we bought a house (short sale), the process was long and exhausting , but he was always there to give us information and facilitate. He also helped us rent the house when we had to move very unexpectedly.
