Frank Capitanini

He is known within the industry for his strong negotiation skills, on-point pricing and keen market knowledge.

Prior to selling real estate, Frank spent more than 25 years managing his family-owned and operated restaurant and long-time local Chicago favorite, the 91-year-old The Italian Village Restaurant at 71 W Monroe in Chicago. A 25-year native of Wilmette, Frank is married to Trish Capitanini, has five grown children, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren. He is also a master chef and avid tennis player.
