A highly sought-after residential and commercial agent with 17 years of experience in the Florida real estate industry, Frank Costa is relentless in his pursuit of excellence and is known to deliver extraordinary results. Costa was recently hired in the private sector along with his commercial general appraiser. The two were entrusted with appraising a very special historical property on a waterway in Coral Gables, which sold at a near-record $20 million.

A few years after graduating from Miami Dade College with a degree in architecture, Costa became the president of Landmade Corp., a full-service appraisal firm he still runs and operates today.

His main focus is listing residential and commercial properties in the tri-county area and Upper Keys, with a strong presence in Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and Pinecrest. He also assists clients with rentals and leasing.

Costa is a multiple-award winner, receiving recognition from YES Real Estate as a top producer, earning the Circle of Excellence Award in 2018 and 2017, achieving the Diamond level in sales in 2017 and being named Rookie of the Year in 2016. “I will keep striving to be the best I can be while continuing my journey in personal and company growth,” he says.
