From our very 1st meeting where he came to the appointment well prepared and with a comprehensive "Go to Market" strategy, to creation of video supporting our efforts and support throughout the listing, showings, negotiations and closing ... Frank was a great Partner.

Frank was an excellent realtor and partner for me and my family. As a first time home buyer, I was looking for someone I could trust and could guide me through the process, and Frank did a great job with this. He was a great partner from start to finish, and has still followed up after closing to ensure everything is going well for us. His years of experience were valuable in not just finding the right home for us, but also his knowledge of the area and experience in ensuring a good and smooth closing as well.

Frank is happy to teach and take the time day or night to explain any questions i had for him, and that increased my comfort with the home buying process as well. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend Frank for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Frank was a life saver in helping to sell our house. His network of people to call from painters to stagers had our home sale ready in 2 weeks. Once on the market, the home sold in 48 hours with the highest price historically in our development. We moved prior to closing and as an unexpected last minute, township issue popped up, he rescued us using his skill and connections. We can't speak highly enough for him!
