Before Frank’s the exciting world of Real Estate, he was an operations manager for a franchise for 17 years, managing 8 general managers, 350 employees, always making sure his employees had great training and tools to provide great customer service to every single guest, and making sure they left satisfied. Frank believes the same concepts applies to Real Estate by empowering our clients with the right tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about buying and selling. The more you empower your employees and customers the more educated and confident they will be and not afraid to push the limits. Frank brings his work ethic and dedication to the Real Estate field, by working day and night answering his phone and working weekends and holidays. As operation manager, he was fortunate to invest in properties from buying condominiums and single-family homes, multi-family units, and occasionally vacant land. Frank believes in the Dave Ramsey model of trying to pay off all our debt and is fortunate enough now to try and give back to the community and try to save them as much money as possible.
