Welcome to my profile page. I am the Owner Broker of Town & Country Real Estate LLC. With my offices serving all the communities of Litchfield and Hartford counties, I have covered and continue to cover a lot of ground in this area of Connecticut. I have also been quite fortunate to meet and serve some fantastic clients, most who have continued to be long time friends after buying or selling a house. I have both a college and a military background and both have served me well with life experiences that I carry forward everyday into my Real Estate Brokerage. So who am i? I'm a straight shooter. I myself do not like to be pressured by sales people. I find there is an art of finding the right house that eventually sells itself to a buyer. I believe that an educated consumer is a confident consumer. Making a purchase on a home is for sure one of the biggest events in a persons life. When I was younger and had bought my first home I felt like the Real Estate Agent really did not have my best interest at hand. Years later, and now with my vast experience I see that there was a bit of truth to my premise. My promise to myself was and is always to have my clients best interests at the forefront at all times. Most of what I do is to make sure my clients understand what they are doing and where they are in every step of the process. My clients feel most comfortable with what they are doing when they have a great understanding of how everything works. They also feel and become confident and motivated.
