Frank went far beyond our expectations in selling our property in Venice, Florida. From the first meeting, to staging, to managing the painful details of preparing the property for sale, efficient open house process, preparing us for all the details of closing, telephone numbers for utility companies, etc. It was a complete sales process in which he managed all the details from start to closing. Did I mention that the property is in Venice, Florida and we are in Virginia?
