Thorough extra mile guy. Frank and his wife Tracy work as a great tag team to support me. He had a great portfolio ready for me to review and we found a great house. He went the extra mile to do video tours and review homes in person, so I was able to eliminate quite a few listings before I even got to Fayetteville. Found a great house!

Don’t͏ just get a realtor, get someone you can trust!

This͏ is the second house we sell with Frank, and wouldn’t have done it with anyone else. Frank walks the walk with you every step of the way, however complex, local or out of state,—in my case across several time zones!—yet always helpful, patient, and responsive. We own our new home because of Frank. You know as soon as you speak with him that he is someone that has your best interests at heart and he asks questions to understand what your needs are. From that point, he knew what we could afford and he provided all the guidance we needed to purchase our home.

He knows his business and told us everything we could expect along the way, from start to finish, and so there were no surprises. He answered all of our questions (big or small), was very forthcoming about prices, and provided lots of information about similar properties in order help us make our decision.

One of our many favorite experiences working with Frank was his virtual walkthrough. We weren't able to be there for an initial walkthrough of the property and he walked through the entire unit, opening and closing drawers, turning on water, doing everything we would have done as a prospective homeowner.

We highly recommend Frank Murphy as a realtor. He was recommended to us by our neighbors and he was everything they said he was - professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsive, polite, and knowledgeable.

As a member of the military, I was initially drawn to Frank Murphy, because I knew he had a career in the military as well … and I anticipated the professionalism he would embody. My trust in him was well-placed, and he immediately impressed me with the attention to detail and tireless work ethic we learn in the military. From day one, to the day we successfully sold my home for a nice profit, Frank was 100% engaged. His constant communication provided me with an in-depth understanding of every stage — from research, through significant preparation of my home, to listing, and of course closing on an offer. Frank’s talent helped me visualize and evolve my home into a “model” property. While always deferring to my decisions, he spent countless hours coordinating remodeling, landscaping, power washing, painting, cleaning, and eventually (with the assistance of his equally talented wife, who is also a professional realtor) staging my home — the house and property never looked so good! It was magazine-cover perfect, and Frank’s state-of-the-art use of photos and video (including aerial/drone footage) showed it off on the MLS, other sites like Zillow, and through social media marketing. The amount of interested parties his products drew to showings of the home was unprecedented. Bottom line: selling a home can be a daunting challenge, and there can be ups and downs, but Frank Murphy earned my confidence and will always have my respect for the way he planned, executed and stayed the course to mission accomplishment. Whether you are military or not, you are in safe hands with Frank; he has my strongest possible endorsement!

Thanks to God and to Frank we are now homeowners! Frank Murphy was our amazing agent who helped us get our first home during this crazy market in the middle of the pandemic. Frank was very knowledgeable about the housing market changes and his predictions were most of the time correct. Frank was very patient and very communicative any time of the day and 7 days a week! He gave us very good advice when it comes to how much we should offer comparing to the value of the house and the housing market. He always kept us realistic and didn’t let us go with our emotions when we wanted to pay more for a house that is not worth it. Frank is a realistic trustworthy real estate agent!
