Frankie Ciano

Frankie Ciano has been in the California real estate business since 2004. Prior to this, he received a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, then went on to become an Associate for a real estate group where he received top sales Associate for three consecutive years. In 2006 he became a licensed Broker which led him to start his own venture, Ciano Real Estate, Inc.

While successfully operating Ciano Real Estate, Inc. for two decades he decided to join forces with Compass, one of the largest real estate companies in the U.S.

In addition to representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, in 2013 Frankie was selected as the sole and exclusive representative by the City of Morro Bay in the sale of city-owned property. Multiple local real estate firms submitted formal proposals to the City, including a company profile, statement of community presence, business acumen, and marketing strategies. Following the very competitive process, Ciano Real Estate, Inc. was thankful to be chosen as the exclusive representative.

A similar achievement was accomplished when an exclusive resort located in Shell Beach, CA selected Ciano Real Estate, Inc. to be a part of its sales force. Frankie has represented multiple sales within The Dolphin Bay Resort for more than 10 years running with great success.
