After a 38-year career as a mining engineer, I entered real estate with a different perspective: major decisions deserve patience, careful listening, and thoughtful guidance.
That belief led him to create Coffee & Keys™ Conversations, a conversation-first approach to real estate designed to remove pressure and replace it with clarity.  Instead of beginning with listings or paperwork, I begin relationships with relaxed coffee meetings focused on understanding life goals, timing, and concerns.  The result is a calmer decision process and stronger long-term client relationships.
I work with buyers, sellers, and homeowners at every stage of life — from first-time buyers to long-time residents considering their next chapter.  My role is not simply to facilitate transactions, but to help clients make confident housing decisions when the timing is right.
