Fred Gernandt is the owner of David L. Davis Real Estate. Married to Keeli Gernandt, Mortgage Loan Officer, they have a modern family of 7 children, of which three youngest are attending Oregon universities. Fred has been a real estate professional for 39 years, an active pilot for 47 years, a member and former Club President of Rotary International, Chamber of Commerce, Bandon Aero Club, Realtor and AOPA. Fred graduated from the University of Santa Clara in 1972 and studied Economics in Graduate School at UC Davis for 2 years.
