Fred knows two things well: Victoria and real estate. He’s lived here for 50 years and been a Realtor for 30 of them. Everywhere he goes, someone shouts out, “Hey, Fred,” and greets him with a warm smile. The community knows him as well as he knows it. He has a solid reputation around town for honesty and integrity, along with getting results for his clients.
His relationships and experiences give him insights into the history and future of the community and the property within it. He freely shares those insights with clients to help them make the best possible decisions when it comes to finding or selling a home. In fact, he recently was voted Best Real Estate Agent by the readers of the Victoria Advocate.
Fred has accentuated his local knowledge with advanced real estate training and certifications, including the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.
He’s also won numerous awards over the years, including several The Ron Brown Company's International President’s Circle recognitions and The Ron Brown Co.’s Top Producer prizes. He’s received high honors like the Realtor of the Year Award from the Victoria Board of Realtors and a JCI senatorship from Jaycees International. Recently, he was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for his charitable contributions. Fred has been a community leader with groups like the Victoria Board of Realtors, Victoria Livestock Show, Victoria Jaycees and the Victoria County United Way. He’s also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
