Fred Yaitanes Nadine Israel Team

Fred and Nadine have been active Realtors for the past 38 years (each) and have seen and participated in four real estate cycles. The Fred and Nadine Team has consistently remained in the top one percent of Real Estate producers in North America and continues to maintain that ranking.

Fred was born and raised in Stoughton, MA, earned his B.S. from Northeastern University and a master's degree from Boston University. He spent 13 years as a teacher and coach at Newton North High School in Newton, MA. Fred purchased a Century-21 franchise in the early 1980s and had an award-winning office frequently honored as a member of the coveted Gold Club, recognizing the top 21 offices throughout New England. Nadine joined him as a partner in 1989.

Nadine was born in Cairo, Egypt. At the age of 7, her family moved to Paris, France, then to the United States, where they settled in New Rochelle, New York. Attending public schools, she learned to speak English, excel academically, and compete in athletics. Nadine is a Hampshire College graduate and studied at The Sorbonne in Paris. Nadine speaks fluent French, English, Arabic, and some Spanish and has traveled extensively.

In 2000, after determining that over 80 percent of their production was from past clients and personal referrals, Fred and Nadine opened their own firm known as The Fred and Nadine Team where they continued their elevated level of performance and service to their clientele. In 2004 the Fred and Nadine Team joined Keller Williams Realty where they maintain their referral mindset and continue their high-level performance. Since that time Fred and Nadine have been a top agent team in an office of 170 sales associates.
