We purchased our home on Lake Bomoseen with Freddie, and it was a seamless transaction. She represented both the seller and us the buyer. Unbiased, clear and concise, and exceptionally helpful and supportive to all parties involved. Being site unseen, she went above and beyond to do video walk throughs, took measurements, pulled up all the history on the home, and provided us with any information we needed to get our camp set up. Closing was easy breezy as well. We are now selling our home and chose her again. She sold it within 20 hours of it being listed and we are under contract with the deposit in escrow. I HIGHLY recommend Freddie as she is a high caliber seasoned professional that is precise in everything she does and treats our property as if it is her own on the market. From last minute clean up details and suggestions, a detailed description of the property, to the photographs, advertising, and excellent communication, there is no one else we would use. We had several showings lined up, but she is that good in that she has us under contract before it even hit Zillow and only MLS!
