Gabi Incorvaia

Born and raised in Munich, Germany. I moved to Florida in 1999 and have owned several small businesses over the years. I have been involved with Real Estate in many forms, as buyer, seller and landlord. I enjoyed real estate so much that I obtained my Sales license and my Brokers license, so I can help others find the right property. I obtained my Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) both in 2009, my Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) in 2011, my Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) in 2012, my Senior Real Este Specialist (SRES) in 2013 and my GREEN Designation in 2013, I became a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and completed my Residential Construction Certification (RCC) and my Certified New Home Specialist designation (CNHS) in 2014 and my At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in 2015, I became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) in 2017. I became a US citizen in 2009. My husband, John Incorvaia, Esq. (JD,LLM)and I bought in Palm Coast in 2005 and took up permanent residence here in 2006. We built a new house in Flagler Beach in 2015 and live there with our dog her name is Nina. I speak both English and German fluently.
