We love working with Gabe. He has helped us through 4 transactions (sales and purchases). Each was smooth with no surprises. Gabe's professionalism and calming style are the magic pill for real estate transactions that have the potential to be stressful and chaotic. Gabe's communication is top-notch and is always responsive, he is dialed-in to the St Augustine area and knows people, places, flood zones, market challenges, etc., that a buyer (or lister) will find extremely valuable. Plus, Gabe and Megan are just good people who believe in serving their community and are great to be around.

Gabe was a fantastic partner in our home buying experience. We were buying from a distance, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in order to make an informed purchase. He offered the perfect balance of optimism and practicality when it came to the fixer upper that we eventually bought (and employed a winning strategy when it came to getting almost 100k off the initial asking price.)
Gabe continues to offer us support, well after the papers were signed: we call on him for contractor/services recommendations, and he proactively reached out to make sure we knew about the homestead tax exemption. Would 100% work with him again and/or recommend him to anyone else interested in buying real estate in this area.

Gabe went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! We are moving from out of state, and he made himself available to meet with contractors and inspectors in our absence. He helped us purchase a lot for our first home, list and sell it a couple years later, and then our recent new build in St. Augustine Beach. Gabe is patient but responsive and proactive. With all the resources on the internet these days, finding a property you like is not that hard, but successfully buying one in the current seller's market is the real challenge.
The home we wanted had multiple offers the first day, Gabe's knowledge of the nuances of the local market and his guidance in helping us navigate the purchase process made the difference, and we are happily moving in to our perfect abode. This would not have happened without Gabe. Ours was the third home Gabe has sold to a member of our family in the last year! Each of us had different goals and needs but Gabe has the ability to effectively respond to all of them.

So many great things we could share about our continued business relationship with Gabe and his wife Megan! When we started working with Gabe we were in a RUSH to buy a house. We were desperate AND unfamiliar with the area. Gabe knows St Augustine in and out, he understands the market and knew so much about each neighborhood we looked at. We found our perfect little beach house and are so grateful to have had the chance to work with Gabe! Now we are completely redesigning our kitchen and are working with his wife Megan on the design, product sourcing and vender selection! Basically, all the fun stuff!! When moving to a new town, like we did, perspective is everything. Being a lifelong resident of St. Augustine, Gabe has a vast wealth of knowledge to help prospective buyers and sellers in a busy and competitive real estate market.

Gabe helped us find our dream home in the perfect location by being patient while educating us on neighborhoods, beach access, amenities, other nearby families, etc. Moving forward we would not only recommend Gabe but wouldn't do anything real estate related around St Augustine without him as part of our team!

In addition to Gabe, his lovely wife Megan worked with us to design some key spaces in our new home. Megan has an amazing eye for design and is so easy to work with! We are in love with our new home from start to finish.
