Having an opportunity to serve neighbors, friends, and family as your realtor has truly been a pleasure over the last 20 years. Not only have new friendships been formed, I am truly honored to now be a part of client’s lives and to help their extended families, friends, and co-workers as well. I've always lived in the south Puget Sound area and has moved around quite a bit within the region. In mid-2017, husband Bill and her decided to go a to a lovely community between Tumwater and Centralia. It is different for us, but we absolutely love having some space to run the dogs & chickens, work, and do a bit more gardening. I love collaborating with both buyers and sellers and work hard to apply my technical and art background to assisting clients prepare and market their properties. I collaborate with individual homeowners, down-sizers, first-timers, developers and builders. When buying or selling a home, people are making huge money commitments and they deserve to work with an agent that takes their trust seriously. I promise to always do my best to listen to them, communicate with them, effectively and skillfully guide them through their transaction, and negotiate on their behalf.
