Gaetano is one of the most professional and courteous realtors that I have known. He always responded to our texts and phone calls within 10 - 20 minutes. Gaetano Belmonte is by far the best listing agent that I have worked with, and I have sold 4 homes over the years. I experienced him to be skilled, diplomatic and honest in his interactions with myself, as the seller. He returned my calls promptly and was skilled in getting to the specifics that needed addressing. I believe that this deal would not have happened without his being involved. His style of honest communication and ability to explain what was happening in the housing market was key for me to get through a difficult time in my life and a complicated house sale. I actually had better communication with Gaetano than I had with my own attorney's office. He got the job done even though there were delays and inconveniences that were not of his making. I whole heartedly recommend him as a seller's agent without reservation.
