Growing up in Summit NJ; Gail was fortunate that her grandfather built a little oceanside cottage in the heart of Long Beach Island. It had a white sand floor, real ice box, kerosene light, and cooking. It was there she learned how to swim, ride a wave, fish, and crab. Her dad taught her patience by letting her keep any tackle she could untangle that she found caught in the rock jetties on beach walks. Those years were golden; teaching her life lessons she values today. After attending the University of Miami and working with a marketing research firm in Florida; it was time to head home to LBI, marry, and raise a family.
Her real estate career began in 1980 with hch Real Estate an icon in the profession for over 50 years at that time. It was a perfect fit. By 2007; with her Broker’s license in hand, her husband Tom and she took over the ownership of hch Real Estate. They advanced into the digital age while maintaining the integrity of hch’s legacy of personal client service. She believes her value is established in the heart of any transaction by truly listening to the client, sharing knowledge, and insightful negotiations. Whether it is securing a family vacation or purchasing a beach property; the individualized research and follow through is key to realizing their emotional and financial investment. It is her passion to bring people together, making the deal work. It has created lifelong relationships through repeat business and referrals.
