We cannot say enough good things about Karen Dancer and Gail DeMarco (they teamed up to sell our house)...we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. From start to finish they were highly responsive and communicative (would respond quickly no matter what time of day I reached out), honest, extremely knowledgeable, and kept things moving quickly and smoothly. We moved out of state before listing the house, and since we didn't have an active yard service, we weren't sure what to do about the yard. Karen offered to come mow it herself if we couldn't find someone to do it....where else do you find an agent who personally cares that much?! So impressed with them every single step of the way. We had multiple offers well over asking price within a few days of listing, and from listing to closing, I believe it ended up being less than 3 weeks total. Steve Gonzalez was my realtor for the purchase of my eventual retirement home in Cameron Park. My wife and I met Steve at an open house when I didn’t yet have a realtor lined up for this eventual purchase. Although I wasn’t interested in the home seen at the open house I liked that Steve didn’t pressure me in any way but offered to show me more homes if and when I was ready to view more homes. Again it was zero pressure and Steve seemed like a great guy so when my wife and I found a home later that same day that we would like to see we gave Steve a call and since my wife and are we’re from out of town he went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to accommodate us. This was in the middle of the COVID pandemic and the pandemic housing boom was in full force so while we made an offer on the home we didn’t end up getting it due to a bidding war that we weren’t interested in participating in. Steve was very patient with us and ended up showing us several other homes over the next few weeks until we found another home we really wanted. Unfortunately when he checked with the seller’s realtor they already had multiple offers and weren’t planning to entertain any more but Steve didn’t let that stop him from trying. He made several calls to friends and colleagues until he found someone that knew the seller’s realtor and was able to get us a last minute viewing. We made an offer slightly above the others that was still within our budget and ended up getting the house. Steve’s work didn’t stop there, he worked diligently to get all the necessary inspections and after finding some issues on the inspections he was able to get the seller to pay for the repairs even in the red hot pandemic housing boom. After the close of escrow Steve worked with us lining up multiple contractors to make the necessary repairs. Now that all his work is done he still checks in with us from time to time to see how things are going.

Needless to say I highly recommend Steve Gonzalez to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the greater Sacramento area!

I cannot say enough great things about Gail DeMarco and her partner, Val Turner. Of all the agents I contacted to list my home, Gail was the only one who said she could be at my house the same day I spoke to her. My husband was already working in Southern California and she knew timing was everything in selling our home quickly and for a great price. It was already the end of May when I contacted her and we needed to get it listed ASAP, before the market slowed down in July. I was alone with 4 young children, but Gail got me the help I needed to get our home on the market within two weeks. It was a miracle. She found me a painter, organizer, and stager that were all incredible. Valerie (Val) Turner, her partner, came to my rescue when the stager left me with a whole shopping list of items I needed before the pictures were being done in 2 days. My wife and I discovered Gail on yelp and are so happy we did. Gail and her team went above and beyond in making our home purchase in Roseville as smooth of a process as possible. Gail helped us negotiate a great price and was available through phone, email and text 24/7. Any question or concern we had, she answered in a flash.

Though our home purchase presented a few challenges, Gail made sure we were well taken care of and most importantly, not taken advantage of. She handled the scheduling of all inspections, was at the home for each one and went the extra mile to make certain all repairs were handled properly by professionals.

We came across Gail and her team by searching online for a real estate agent who was familiar and competent with the Granite Bay, Folsom and El Dorado Hills area. Gail was incredibly responsive from the get-go and continued this throughout the entire process. My wife and I sold our home in the Bay Area and moved to the Folsom/EDH area this summer.
We started looking in this area prior to retiring and Gail selflessly worked with us for an extended period of time familiarizing us with the area, showing us homes and watching for listings that we might be interested in. Gail never pushed us to buy or hesitated to spend time with us during the entire process. Gail spent countless hours with us until we found the home we wanted to buy. Gail and her team guided us through the purchase and closing flawlessly and she knows a significant number of contractors for painting and other services when you buy a home. Gail knows the area very well and is able to articulate the positives and negaives of the neighborhoods to assist in making an informed decision.

Gail Demarco and her team were very impressive and far exceeded our expectations for selling our home. After seeing first hand the quality of service Gail and team did for us, we can only say, if you are a seller or even a buyer then please contact Gail for her expertise for buying or selling. You will not regret it.

When presented with a question about the area, decorating, real estate, landscaping or whatever the topic, Gail gave us a quick answer within minutes. We were impressed.

Our house languished on the market for over 10 months, with periodic showings, a few offers but no real interest from buyers. We had finally moved to our new home. Then when we had a talk with Gail and partner Valerie. Gail convinced us to make a few changes. She laid out all the media and advertising, asking us to raise the price, and even staging our house. In the first open house, Gail had an offer for us, with solid representation. While in escrow, my son was perusing the New York Times and came across our house on ad there. We had people from Michigan and many from the S.F. Bay area come though the open houses. Did I mention we were impressed?

Gail successfully sold my vineyard property with a solid marketing plan and strong team attending to the details. Our first showing resulted in two competing over-market offers.

I felt comfortable with Gail from the day we met a year earlier at a different property in a different county.
