We had the pleasure of working with Gail to sell our condo in 2024. It is always a treat to work with realtors who have integrity, who are honest, and are simply a joy to collaborate with. Selling real estate is always stressful, no matter how clean the offer is, and when we were faced with some speed bumps, Gail was always on top of what needed to happen, what next steps were, and what the market was doing. In this challenging real estate market, Gail made our sale was painless as it could be. She was not only an excellent selling agent, but I have no doubt she'd be just as fabulous as a buyer's agent given not only her knowledge of the market, but also her background in the mortgage/lending world.
