This being our first purchase, it was also our first time on the market, scheduling tours, and closing on a house. Working with Gail, however, peace of mind came quickly. Whether we had just sent Gail fifty emails in a week or were signing the fiftieth document at settlement, we knew Gail was totally committed to us. In other words, the combination of Gail’s sage expertise, warm and professional presence, and time-sensitive movements made the entire process fun, easy, and understandable.

Gail is very wise in all things real estate. She answered all of our questions while we were touring houses, while we were obtaining home insurance and mortgage, and while we were working on closing for the house. Gail taught us how to see if the electrical wiring has been updated in a house, what questions to be asking sellers, how to check for termite damage, and much more. We always felt as though Gail would never lead us toward a bad decision. She provided us with her vast knowledge and plenty of space to explore our options, but also expertly guided us toward making the best decision for us as a couple. We appreciated that she cared about our opinion and what we desire in a house first and foremost.

My parents, who had used Gail when they moved from Illinois to Pennsylvania, recommended her to us. They raved that Gail was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the Greater Philadelphia region, which they were unfamiliar with, coming from Illinois. We reached out to her to ask if she would be willing to help us in our house search, and she promptly responded and remembered my family from years ago. She quickly stepped into our lives and us into hers. Each time we met up to tour a new house or touch base, it always felt as if we were chatting with a close family friend. She knew about our upcoming wedding, showers, family vacations, etc. while she shared about her husband’s upcoming marathon, time at the shore with family, and an exciting birthday party planned for her mother-in-law. Gail made this process a very special and personal time, and we know we will always look back fondly on these moments.

Gail is the type of person who is very generous with her time. In the month that we spent with her finding our perfect home, Gail showed how committed she was to us through her use of time. Gail moves very quickly. If we asked her to schedule a tour for a house, the next morning or afternoon, we would be there. She knows how time sensitive the real estate market is. Additionally, Gail set us up to receive instant emails whenever a new listing was posted, which is a huge reason why we were able to move on our house so quickly. Gail will always find time for you. We would find ourselves talking to her on the phone, whether it was 8 in the morning or 8 at night. Gail always showed up early to events – inspections, meetings, and tours. She was extremely flexible and always seemed to fit us perfectly in her schedule. We couldn’t have had a better first experience with buying our home and we are certain that has a lot to do with having Gail as our real estate agent.
