Having grown up in Newton, the middle child of seven children Gail learned a lot of invaluable skills such as negotiating, listening, sharing, and finding her voice among the chaos! It was fun, no question about it, and she loves being a part of a large and growing family. She married her high school sweet-heart, and has two grown children, one currently live on the West Coast, and one lives in Newton.
After college, she started her career as a Legal Assistant for a prestigious law firm in Boston; Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo. She honed her skills reading and interpreting contracts and legal documents of all kinds. This prepared her well for her eventual career in real estate. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years and started her own firm 13 years ago.
Her strongest attribute is her commitment to personal service and her commitment to helping her buyers and sellers - no matter the challenge. She believes in treating others as she herself wishes to be treated, which means she is always available (her cell phone is turned on and she accepts calls until 10:30pm at night). She does this to accommodate the schedules of her buyers and sellers who work more traditional hours and need to reach her when their day is done, which is usually late at night! She gets it!
people will notice that she sells real estate in many towns, not just one or two. This is because she is, as mentioned above, one of seven children and her buyers and sellers are family, friends, referrals of family and friends, countless nieces and nephews and their friends, - you get the picture. She is happy to help everyone because she loves what she does! The satisfaction she receives from seeing the joy that buying or selling a home brings to her clients, means everything to her!
