I am an investor from Boston. Gail was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Not only does she know the market in Middletown area very well but also is very resourceful. Most importantly Gail looks out for me. She knows what I am looking for and what kind properties are fit for my goals. Gail and her team, Elaine in particular, help me buy and rent two properties so far in last few months. I cannot imagine how I can accomplish this without their helps and guidance, particularly I am no where near Middletown. Many locals know Gail while Gail knows everybody there. mortgage banker, lawyer, Contractor, inspector, carpenter, landscaper, cleaning lady ......
