I didn't know Gail until I chose her to list my property. I did, however, talked to several realty agents in the area just to get a feel of how well I could trust them, how much they know the area and how sincere and professional they were. I was particularly careful in selecting a realtor this time around because I had been working with one particular realty agent who, if you talk to him he'll try to impress you as someone you cannot do without. He listed my property twice before and he could not get the price I wanted and then he put pressure on me to accept the best offer he got. Gail listed the property and in six days she sold the same property for $66K more than I wanted for it. I recommend Gail to anyone who's thinking of buying or selling real estate and want to have the peace of mind that you have a realtor who's honest, sincere, trustworthy and highly professional.
