About Garrett

As a real estate professional since 2003, Garrett loves connecting with his clients to fully understand their individual needs. His comprehensive area expertise, targeted marketing programs, confidence with challenging contracts and superb negotiation skills assist his buyers and sellers in achieving their homeownership goals.

As both a buyer's agent and listing agent, Garrett brings his area knowledge to his clients. His real estate services include Monument, Palmer Lake, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Fountain, Green Mountain Falls and Woodland Park, with specific neighborhood expertise in Monument's Woodmoor neighborhood in the Tri-Lakes area.

Garrett was born in Detroit, Michigan and at the age of two, moved to Chicago. His family then relocated to Monument, Colorado when he was 13, and they have been living here ever since.

When Garrett moved to this town on the Rampart Range, he had never been on a dirt road! Growing up in the mountains was a blast - he started riding dirt bikes, fishing, shooting, hiking, camping and snowboarding.

He still takes pleasure in all of these activities and spends time outside as much as possible. Garrett absolutely loves Colorado and to this day is mesmerized by the beauty this state has to offer.

In his free time, Garrett also lifts weights, golfs and spends time with friends and family. His beautiful daughter, Kaylee, just turned 8 years old; and the majority of his time is spent with her. She is a very active little girl and enjoys the outdoors as much as Garrett does. When he's not working or at the gym lifting, he's with his girl.

Garrett is very close with his family. He has an older brother, an older sister and a younger sister. They and their families all live here in town, and they get together with his parents once a week for dinner.

How did Garrett get started in real estate?

After high school, Garrett wasn't sure what he wanted to do, so he went to work for his dad. He owned a business at that time. During those two years, Garrett had saved a bit of money and decided to invest. Real estate presented a great opportunity, so he started learning all he could about it - reading books, researching online and delving into the field as much as possible. And at the age of 20, Garrett took the leap into the industry, earned his license two months later and has never looked back!

Since Garrett began to buy and sell real estate in 2003, he has found that every client, contract and fellow broker are different from one another, and all present different challenges and solutions. Garrett relishes in the demands of the real estate industry and the uniqueness of every transaction and situation.

Garrett's absolute favorite part of his profession is the relationships that he forms with his clients; and he is honored to have met so many different people throughout his years in real estate.
