Gary was a hardworking, professional realtor from the beginning to the end of my home selling process. A home inspection revealed some issues that required contractors to come to the home to do work over the course of several days. I live nearly 500 miles away. Gary facilitated all the work that needed to be done by locating the contractors, getting estimates and being available to have the property open for them to do the work. This saved me a large amount of time and money by not requiring me to make the trips up to handle this personally. All the work was accomplished on time without having to push the closing date back. I am very appreciative of the work Gary did to get my home sold quickly and would certainly recommend anyone to use his services to get your home sold.

Gary is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor we have ever met. He made our home purchase go smoothly. Even though there were not a lot of houses on the market and the listing price was extremely high, Gary remained positive and assisted us to check the house every time when we requested. Gary Durand is an awesome realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients. I first worked with Gary in 2010 when we bought our first home using a VA loan. Gary’s experience as an MPD officer and knowledge of the neighborhood was valuable. His perspective and insight of the neighborhood was essential to us making an informed decision. He supported us as we jumped through the hoops of getting a VA loan.

Eleven years later, we reached out to him when we needed to sell our investment property. It was a tenant occupied property with TOPA issues. It was a long, drawn out process. Gary’s expertise and professionalism saved our sanity.

We’ll be working with him again when we sell our home this summer.

The most professional realtor out there. Very accommodating to a busy schedule. Extremely professional and responsive with answer all your calls with every question for a first time home buyer. Explained the process and at the time of search and purchase it was just after to CoVid 19 shut down. Not a lot of homes on the market. Gary remained positive and hopeful I’d find my perfect home. He was accurate with predicting when more home would go on the market. The entire thought of buying a new home was nerve racking but Gary’s experience and professional kept me at ease. If I ever purchase and sell my home, I’ll definitely use Gary again. I don’t think twice about recommending Gary to a realtor to my friends and family.
