Gary has nearly 40 years of personal experience with purchases, sales, construction and renovation of residential, land and investment properties. He has been included in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society for being in the Top 9% of all affiliated Agents and was the Top Listing Agent for Berkshire Hathaway Prime Properties for 2023.

Along with over 20 years of corporate experience and ten years operating his own small business, Gary is a retired officer in the North Carolina and Vermont Army National Guard. He has served as an elected HS Board member, Captain of a volunteer rescue squad and now serves on Boards for local non-profits and ministries. He understands serving others and this carries over into serving his Buyer and Seller clients.

Gary is supported every day by his incredible wife, Pattie, both ECU graduates. They are active with their church and live on a small farm just outside Greenville, North Carolina. He is blessed with two children, Alan and Bryanna, and their spouses and children!
