Gary Giles

Gary Giles is a graduate of Waxahachie High School (Class of 1963) and the University of Texas (Class of 1967, BBA). He got his real estate license in the early 1980’s and for several years he was a real estate appraiser with a Texas state general certification and an IFAS appraisal designation from the Independent Fee Appraiser’s Association. Gary has been a real estate broker since 1992.

Gary specializes in farm and ranch land, recreational land sales, retail and commercial, industrial and residential development land. Throughout his years in real estate has assisted land owners and buyers of farm and ranch land and recreational properties. And, he has helped several major companies with the purchase of land to locate their plants or their retail businesses. He has worked with developers find land for residential developments. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the Ellis-Hill Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute. Gary obtained his ALC designation from the Realtors Land Institute in September of 2009. He joins an elite group of land specialists who have attained an expert level of knowledge and experience. Recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists, the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation is awarded to RLI members who meet rigorous knowledge and experience requirements.
