Gary Hardina

I am a well-rounded real estate professional with 27 years of experience that all started in Chicago in 1998. I expanded my business into Southwest Michigan in 2008 and Northwest Indiana in 2018. I now specialize in the second-home market along the Lake Michigan shoreline from South Haven to Saugatuck; the entire Southwest Michigan region from the Indiana border northward; and the Northwest Indiana lakeshore areas as well as remaining active in the Chicago market. I cater to luxury, lakefront, and second-home buyers and sellers of all price points, and I have extensive experience in selling single-family homes, condos, and vacant land.

I currently reside full-time in the lakeshore area between South Haven and Saugatuck Michigan and I have gained vast knowledge of the lakeshore areas and local markets. I am also well-versed in the inland areas of Southwest Michigan and the lakeshore areas of Northwest Indiana. I have recently partnered with 2 very experienced brokers in our Chicago office, Anne Rodia and Ted Argiris, to assist in providing tailored real estate services with local expertise and boots on the ground in Chicago and the North Shore suburban areas.
