Gary Kalligher

Gary, licensed in real estate sales since 1991, is the co-owner, broker and sales manager of RE/MAX 1 in Duluth. He provides leadership, training and guidance to make the best agents in the business even better. Gary reached individual success in representing buyers, sellers and investors throughout his sales career. Along with his wife, Emily, Gary operated Kalligher Realty, Inc. (1996-2008) and focused on relationship based real estate services; he continues to provide outstanding service to his clients. Gary holds the Graduate Realtors® Institute (G.R.I.) and Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.) designations.

Gary is recognized as a local expert; he is a founding member and President of the Duluth Association for Responsible Rentals, co-host of the weekly Twin Ports Radio Show (along with Jim Ronding) and longtime instructor of real estate prelicensure classes at Lake Superior College. Gary also serves on the Duluth Area Association of Realtors® M.L.S. Services committee. He is active in the Duluth community, appreciates time with his wife and five children, and enjoys music, chess and photographing Lake Superior.
