Aron Graziano is the young guy. But don't get fooled by his look. He is knowledgeable and compassionate to your needs. I am glad he was our seller agent. As he said, longer term rental housing will take average 4months to sell and we were able to sell our unit exactly in 4 months. No regret choosing him as our agent!! Thank you Aron!!

We highly recommend Gary Mooers and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgable, competent and professional realtor. We have all purchased and sold multiple properties in a number of different states. None of us have ever had a sale go as smoothly and professionally as the sale Gary handled. The fact that we were on the mainland and there were a number of us to deal with, did not seem to complicate the transaction in the least. Gary and his team anticipated every possible hiccup, so that there were no issues or delays. The property sold very quickly and the closing actually occurred a week before schedule. On behalf of all my siblings and myself, thank you, Gary, for making this process go so smoothly, during a challenging time in our family.

My wife and I had been trying to purchase a home for 14 months unsuccessfully. Home prices were rapidly increasing, people were waiting in line for home viewings and we were constantly being outbid. It was very disappointing and we had almost given up hope. However, we decided to continue to pray, trust the Lord and NOT give up hope.

Around that time the contract we were locked into with our realtor had expired. Then a good friend from church recommended Gary Mooers. From the first meeting it was obvious to us that Gary was the guy we wanted to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Long story short; we moved into our new home less than 3 months later. Gary was very resourceful and had a lot of great ideas to help get us through the process of buying a home.

A couple weeks into escrow our financing was denied due to the appraisal, which came back unrealistically low. Gary did his best, and even wrote a letter, to get the appraiser to update it with current comps, but they would not. Because we were now unable to show proof of approved financing, we were on the verge of falling out of escrow and losing this deal. Gary put us in touch with another mortgage company. In the meantime, he was able to get the sellers and their agent to hold off on canceling. Pretty amazing. The mortgage company he recommended got us approved in 22 days! The Lord had answered our prayers!!!

A month after we had moved in, an issue came up relating to our new home. It was something I did not understand and it was a little stressful. So I called Gary and unknowingly got him while he was on vacation. I was surprised he answered. He asked me a few questions and then we hung up. A couple hours later he called back and the issue was resolved.

From the very beginning to the final signature, Gary was there to help. If we called and got his voice-mail, he would always return the call.

Gary is not just a great real estate agent to us. He has also become a good friend. We highly recommend Gary and hope you get the opportunity to work with him.

From our first conversation with Gary, I knew that he was someone I could trust and would be easy to work with. I gave him our budget and requirements and he stuck to those. Never tried to upsell or talk us into something we didn’t want. He was able to land us a home in a very competitive market!

We enlisted Gary to help us sell our one-bedroom condo in Kihei, and one event illustrated why he is so successful in his work. A week before closing, water from an upstairs unit leaked into our condo causing significant damage.

Gary hired a restoration crew that day (Saturday) to contain the damage and make temporary repairs. He also hired a photographer who made dramatic pictures of the damage. We still closed shortly after the original date.

All the way along, Gary provided in-depth knowledge of the selling process and answered our million questions. Good man to represent you in real estate.

We feel extraordinarily lucky to have found Gary Mooers as our realtor. I liked him from our first conversation. He was straightforward and matter of fact with a dry sense of humor. I needed someone I could rely on since we were buying a home sight unseen from the mainland. Because of Covid restrictions the process was daunting from the outset, but Gary made it far easier than I anticipated. He met the various challenges along the way with unfailing calm and resourcefulness. I made an offer for the home that was significantly lower than the asking price and lower than Gary expected. He never pressured me to change it. I explained my reasoning to him, and he made a persuasive case to sellers who accepted my offer. When an inspection turned up quite a bit of deferred maintenance in the house, Gary asked if I wanted to drop out of escrow. The house is beautiful, and the problems didn’t seem insurmountable. As he says in his video, Gary knows pretty much the best of everything on Maui. In the month between closing and our arrival he found plumbers, carpenters, and a contractor, met with them and oversaw their work. The was far and away beyond his responsibility, and he did a terrific job. When I pointed that out, he simply said, “I did what I hope someone would do for me in the same situation.” We highly recommend Gary Mooers. Thank you from our hearts, Gary.
