We have been in our new dream house for 45 days. With the Denver market being so intense it was great to have such an amazing Realtor. My husband begged me to go look at a house on a whim and that house was our dream house. The house already had several offers but that didn’t stop Gary. We quickly made a plan and Gary called the seller. She eluded to the fact that the other offers were not solid based on qualifications. Without hesitation Gary told the seller that we were qualified candidates and could provide her with what she needed to make this happen. Gary called in his financial team to get her everything that she needed. When I say everything I mean our entire life history. The seller wanted to make sure that this deal was solid and that there would be no hiccups. Gary’s team went above and beyond and got everything rounded up within 30 minutes and we were under contract within 3 hours of looking at this house. The purchase of our new home was contingent upon selling our old home. Gary was beyond patient with us thru all of our crazy requests and continued guiding us in the right direction. Despite that fact that we threw several wrenches into this process Gary continued to iron out the kinks and keep us on track. My husband called him at least once a day and Gary patiently listened to his every question and concern. At the closing table there were some discrepancies on the amount that we owed. Gary had these numbers memorized going into the deal and quickly brought it to everyone’s attention that these errors were not in our favor. Had Gary not spoken up we would have paid more on the sale of our home than we had agreed to. This did not negatively impact Gary but as a Realtor that is true to his clients he always had our best interests at heart. Not only was Gary a good sport but we feel as if we gained a true friend. Although the process was quick Gary put a check in every box on our wish list and kept a smile on his face the entire time. We never felt pressured to make a decision and thoroughly enjoyed working with Gary. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Good luck with your house hunt. Buying a house for the first time seemed a difficult task and the truth was that I didn't have a clue where to start. When I inquired online about a property, I got a call back almost immediately from Gary. I believe we talked just over an hour on that first call. He outlined the process and answered every question I had, and trust me, I had a lot. After a few more calls I met with him at his office and talked further about what I was looking for. He encouraged me to not set up any must have or must not have lists, rather, he said I just need to get out there and start looking. Long story short- with his help and his advice I found the house I was supposed to find for below the price I expected and in what I believe was a record amount of time. Buying this house was one of the best experiences I have had accomplishing something in my life. I think I had a harder time figuring out where to go for dinner last Friday night than I did buying the house of my dreams. This was our first time buying a home and we feel lucky to have had Gary. He was very knowledgeable. His experience in construction was super helpful as we looked at older homes. He was able to tell us whether certain deficiencies and flaws should be a serious concern or not--and he was able to provide ballpark estimates for different repairs and upgrades. Even with new construction homes--which is what we ended up with--his feedback on quality of workmanship and finishes was valuable. Gary was always on time and never short on time. He was responsive any time of day. He was flexible--willing to take us out multiple times in a single week and even later in the evening. One of the best things about Gary is his personality. My husband begged me to go look at a house on a whim and that house was our dream house. The house already had several offers but that didn’t stop Gary. We quickly made a plan and Gary called the seller. She eluded to the fact that the other offers were not solid based on qualifications. Without hesitation Gary told the seller that we were qualified candidates and could provide her with what she needed to make this happen. Gary called in his financial team to get her everything that she needed. When I say everything I mean our entire life history. The seller wanted to make sure that this deal was solid and that there would be no hiccups. Gary’s team went above and beyond and got everything rounded up within 30 minutes and we were under contract within 3 hours of looking at this house. The purchase of our new home was contingent upon selling our old home. Gary was beyond patient with us thru all of our crazy requests and continued guiding us in the right direction. Despite that fact that we threw several wrenches into this process Gary continued to iron out the kinks and keep us on track. My husband called him at least once a day and Gary patiently listened to his every question and concern. At the closing table there were some discrepancies on the amount that we owed. Gary had these numbers memorized going into the deal and quickly brought it to everyone’s attention that these errors were not in our favor. Had Gary not spoken up we would have paid more on the sale of our home than we had agreed to. This did not negatively impact Gary but as a Realtor that is true to his clients he always had our best interests at heart. Not only was Gary a good sport but we feel as if we gained a true friend. Although the process was quick Gary put a check in every box on our wish list and kept a smile on his face the entire time. It was frustrating for me because I could only qualify for FHA and many of the condo's/townhomes did not qualify for FHA.
