We used Gary Ribe to both sell our house and purchase our new home. The reason we choose Gary was because of his knowledge of the area we lived in and were looking to buy a new home. I would definitely recommend Gary to someone looking to buy or sell a home. Gary was very professional and highly knowledgeable of the area. In additoin to his knowledge of the market he was a great resource to us in terms of additional recommendations (who to use for home inspection etc). Gary searched and searched for us to find our new home. He spent many hours looking at potential new homes with us until we finally found our forever home. Gary devoted a lot of time to both the sale and buy of our houses and therefore I would definitely recommend him to a friend looking for a realtor.

Gary did an excellent job of selling my home. The pictures he took of the house turned out very nice. We had lots of interest and received an offer very quickly. Gary has years of experience as a realtor, is very professional and pleasant to work with. He is well known locally and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
