Gary Snyder

Gary moved his family to Dayton in 1995 to enjoy all that Dayton has to offer; the rivers, mountains, the close community ties, safety and security within the community and close proximity to larger cities but enjoying the small-town lifestyle. He enjoyed a 20+ year career in the restaurant business both in management and ownership. In 2006 he obtained his realtor’s license and began the exciting venture into Real Estate with Century 21 in the Tri-Cities. In 2007 he joined Christy's Realty and within two years became and within two years became the Broker/Owner. Gary feels fortunate to have been able to buy Christy's Realty, Christy spent 24+ years building a locally owned business into the # 1 office in the Dayton/Waitsburg market. He has consistently proven to be a top producer, he truly enjoys working with clients to find the perfect home/property for them. His patience is endless, his follow up is diligent through closing the transaction. He has formed great working relationships with lender's, home inspector's, appraiser's and title companies. Gary works very hard to make himself available to the client. If the office is closed, the office phone rings through to his cell phone, 7 days a week! His better half is a WSU graduate and a local business owner. They have three grown children; the oldest is a business owner in the Mt Vernon area, the middle one has been to Iraq twice and is now a city police officer and the youngest is attending WSU for her teaching degree They have five fantastic grandchildren...life is good!
