If you're looking for a real estate agent that will go above and beyond for you, look no further, Gary is your man. I guarantee you will not find any other real estate agent more professional, knowledgeable, or committed than Gary Stewart. From our first contact, Gary made finding and buying my Dover home effortless with minimal frustration. Gary's customer service skills and communication skills are outstanding. I don't think I ever waited more than a half hour for a response from Gary weather it be text message, e-mail or phone call, day or night. His knowledge of the process was equally awesome, he never once left an unanswered question and was willing to offer his expert opinion on options and negotiations that came up along the way. Gary's resources were also top notch, especially the lawyer he recommended for me to use. All and all I couldn't have been happier than having Gary as my real estate agent. He's a true professional and you'll be beyond satisfied to have him as your agent.

Gary is not only one of the nicest guys I know, he's also a very capable professional. Gary went so far as to drill the lock off of a door on the first house I ever asked him to see! I don't think there is any other realtor that would do that. I was lucky to find him and luckier still to have his help in purchasing my first home!

Gary helped me get into a very difficult temporary rental so I would have a place to stay after my home closed in another state and then started processing on the home I'm buying. He's been responsive and very nice to deal with taking care of a lot of details to make the transition easier.

Gary was the ultimate professional. He assisted us with buying a house in DE. This was no small task since we live in NJ and was only able to view houses on the weekend. His knowledge of the state really helped us since we didn't have one specific area in mind. Gary also put us in touch with local professionals who were able to provide our financing, legal and home inspection services. This was a tremendous help since we were not familiar with any onein the area. Gary is definately a full service realtor whom we would recommend to others.

 Gary will consistently go above and beyond for his clients. He treats all of his clients with the utmost respect, regardless of their price range. He seems to be available 24 hours a day- as he always responds to our messages within about 5 minutes!! We are so thankful to have Gary on our side as we search for the perfect home, and he has done a wonderful job locating homes that meet our specifications. We have never had such a positive experience with any other realtor- and we highly recommend him for your home buying or selling needs.

Gary found us the right house at the right price, but just as important to us was the fact that he stuck with us through the entire grueling process. We sourced all of our related professionals through Gary from financing to home inspections. A dedicated professional, he was never more than a few minutes from returning a text or call and immediately addressed every issue that we faced and there were more than a few. Before we even closed on our new home, we listed an acreage building lot with Gary. He is definately the guy you want in your corner. One of a kind is all I can say. Gary wowed us from our very first conversation. He assured us he would take care of everything and get us into a home and he delivered. Gary is the realtor to choose. He made us very comfortable and he is very knowledgable about the area in Delaware, we moved from PA. He knows all the right people to get you from A to Z in a timely manner and everyone of his contacts were extremely helpful and worked with us from beginning to end. He made it happen for us just as he said. Not to mention he's the only realtor that I know of that has ever given a shopping spree gift certificate for Lowes as a homeowners gift!
