I was looking for a condo/townhouse. Gary was knowledgeable about types of properties available, HOA fees, and what was available in the market for the locations I was interested in living. He helped me decide upon a fair offering price and continued to be extremely helpful with negotiations after the inspection was competed. He promptly responded to emails and text messages.
