Gary sold three of our rental properties as part of a successful 1031 exchange. Early on, Gary reviewed our properties, provided renovation ideas and had numerous contractor referrals at the ready. Given our need to close escrow on all three properties within a 45-day window, we performed all the updating improvements that Gary suggested. Once listed, Gary sold all three properties quickly; they all closed within 14 days of each other which easily satisfied the rules associated with our 1031 exchange. We highly recommend Gary’s services as he is polite, knowledgeable, savvy, responsive and has Nancy providing great administrative assistance to keep things running efficiently.
