This commitment shows in Gaspar, Jr., who currently serves on a Board of Directors for the Chicago Association of Realtors and is the immediate past president of NAHREP Chicago.

Gaspar has been part of the Top 1% of Realtors in the Chicagoland area over the past 15 years and is recognized as one of the most influential Hispanic Real Estate Brokers in the country every year since 1995. He has had an average of seventy closed transactions every year since 1992. Gaspar commits to all his clients, already having served three different generations of families, and his business is primarily referral based.
